What are the ingredients?
I use high quality ingredients to bring you joy throughout your day. Here are the details:
- sprouted organic gluten-free oats / organic whole grain oats
- kuromitsu syrup (organic brown sugar, water, molasses, organic cane sugar)
- canola oil
- almond flour (blanched almonds)
- sliced almonds / almonds
- organic cashews
- organic pumpkin seeds
- organic matcha green tea powder
- salt (salt, calcium silicate)
- organic ginger
What allergens are used?
As defined by the FDA, the allergens used in Matcha Essential Cashew Harvest are:
- almonds (blanched almonds; sliced almonds / almonds)

Do you have any other flavors?
As a solopreneur, I’m just beginning to explore the premium granola landscape and I want to ensure that I deliver only the highest quality granola to you. Once I get the logistics down, I plan on adding more flavors – stay tuned!
When and where can I pick up my granola after I order it on hotplate.com?
When you click the link to place your order, you’ll be able to choose from three locations designated for different dates and times. As of January 2026, those locations are:
- Redmond Whole Foods area
- Sammamish Village (Metropolitan Market shopping center)
- Bellevue Pro Club area
What’s hotplate.com?
Hotplate.com is the online pre-order sales platform I use to ensure that I deliver the freshest, highest quality granola to you and minimize food waste. For details, please see the What’s Hotplate? page.
I can’t make the pick up dates / times you set. Why don’t you ship your granola or have someone else deliver?
As a Washington State Cottage Food Operation, I must abide by strict regulations. While I’m able to take orders online, per regulations:
- I’m only able to sell within Washington State
- I’m unable to ship my granola, even within Washington State
- I’m unable to use a third party delivery service, even within Washington State

I just want matcha granola…can you deliver to my house?
No matter how much I wish I could, as a solo operation I’m unable to deliver to individual locations for small quantities. If you have a group order for your office, gym, party, fitness studio, book club, neighborhood, hiking group, or any other gathering, please contact me and depending on the distance and quantity, we might be able to work something out.
